Insurance Agent Faces Felony Charges for Stealing Credit Card Info
A former Streator insurance agent is facing prison for allegedly stealing a credit card from an acquaintance and using it to purchase personal items. Joseph D. Highland, 23, of Manville, was arrested on a warrant for credit card fraud Aug. 14. The charge is a Class 4 felony punishable by up to three years in prison, fine or probation. Read more here.
